Chadwick Gardner
Chad is the attorney who founded Gardner Law, PLLC. Chad has been fighting for his injured clients since 1995. He graduated from Centre College in 1992. He then attended The University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he graduated in 1995. Chad grew up in Fairdale, Kentucky and still has close ties to the south end of Louisville.
John "Jake" Grey II
Jake is an associate attorney at Gardner Law PLLC. Jake graduated from Bellarmine University in 2015. He attended University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and graduated in 2018. Jake joined Gardner Law as a law clerk in 2018 and became an associate attorney after passing the Kentucky Bar Exam. Jake is passionate about helping clients whose lives have changed because of someone else's fault.
Savannah Nolan-Young
Savannah is an associate attorney at Gardner Law PLLC. Savannah graduated from University of Louisville J.B. School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 and from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2022. Savannah joined Gardner Law as a law clerk in fall of 2019. She then became an associate attorney after passing the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2022. Savannah is also licensed to practice in Indiana. She is excited to work with clients and find creative solutions to their cases.
Barbara Bell
Barbara is a paralegal at Gardner Law PLLC. She graduated from Sullivan University in 2004 and has been a part of Team Gardner since 2006. Barbara is vital to our success and works closely with clients to make sure all of their needs are met.

Tyler Stewart
Tyler is the managing attorney at Gardner Stewart Injury Law, our office in Lexington, KY that opened in 2023. Tyler started his career with the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General seeking justice for Kentuckians who were wronged by predatory for-profit colleges and by negotiating more favorable student loan repayment terms at the Department of Education's negotiated rulemaking session. Since, Tyler has represented hundreds of families and individuals who were victimized by nursing home abuse and neglect. Tyler has also represented individuals and families that have been harmed by catastrophic injuries. Tyler has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients during his career.
Katie Brown
Katie is a paralegal at Gardner Stewart Injury Law. She is graduating from Eastern Kentucky University and has been a part of Team Gardner since March of 2023. Katie is passionate about serving clients that have been wrongfully impacted by the system and creating an efficient, comfortable environment for them to receive the help they deserve.
